My goal in this project is to explore the Yelp educational dataset in order to gain valuable insights of businesses working in a particular area, as well as perform sentiment analysis of the reviews, and make actionable recommendations to businesses that will help them understand customer needs, and monitor customer feedback. So, how exactly can Yelp reviews help us explore the satisfaction of our customers? The Goal of this Project It can be a treasure chest of guidelines on how customers view your business, and what improvements can be made to see more happy customers.
